Overview

Vascend is a digital brand group developing platforms across curated retail, editorial publishing, music and audio, and modern lifestyle services. The Vascend ecosystem brings together a portfolio of brands, each specialising in a distinct area of everyday living, including fashion, lifestyle, beauty, skincare, pet care, home living, consumer products, and original music. While each brand serves its own audience, all operate under a shared philosophy of quality, clarity, usefulness, and long-term value.

Vascend also operates a boutique Brand and Partnerships Management agency, representing public-facing individuals and collaborating with businesses on commercial strategy, talent representation, brand partnerships, and long-term growth.

Vascend Music is the independent music and audio division of Vascend, developing and releasing original music, distinct artist projects and purpose-built audio content, and supporting related licensing, sync, creative collaboration and commercial activities.

Brands and divisions currently within the Vascend ecosystem include Equanimity Essence, Vascend Pets, Practical Notes, Grounded Bodyworks, Vascend Brand and Partnerships Management, and Vascend Music.

This Privacy Policy applies to vascend.com.au and to interactions across the Vascend ecosystem where Vascend acts as the data controller. Individual brands maintain their own privacy policies applicable to their specific websites and services, where relevant.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some of the advertising and analytics activity described above may fall within the broader definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” used by certain US state privacy laws. If you are located in California, Colorado, or another US state with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable state law. You can exercise these rights, including through an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, by contacting us at compliance@vascend.com.au. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Australian Privacy Law

Vascend is based in New South Wales, Australia. Where applicable, Vascend handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and other applicable Australian privacy laws. You have the right to access and correct your personal information and, if you believe your privacy rights have been interfered with, to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Please contact us first at compliance@vascend.com.au and we will endeavour to respond within 30 days.

UK and EEA Residents

Where UK or EU data protection law applies to our processing of your personal information, we rely on the following legal bases as relevant to the activity: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests, such as operating and securing the Services and understanding how they are used; your consent, for non-essential cookies and certain marketing; and compliance with a legal obligation. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may ask us for more detail about the specific interest relied upon.

In addition to the rights described elsewhere in this Policy, you may have the right to object to processing, request restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

These rights apply to the extent UK or EU data protection law governs the relevant processing, rather than to every visitor regardless of where their data is processed.

International Transfers

Vascend uses technology, hosting, analytics, advertising, distribution, commerce, and other service providers that operate internationally.
